Get an eyeful of this apparent eyesore Businesses in Manhattan_s Meatpacking District are looking to get rid of concrete street pillars that look suspiciously like breasts The barricades were installed back in 2008 but have drawn plenty of criticism from New Yorkers ever since. Now local businesses are teaming up with the city to have the offending breasts removed. The overhaul is estimated to cost half a million dollars Personally I don_t see what all the fuss is about. THESE are breasts, THOSE are concrete pillars Here here Now from the Big Apple to BRAZIL, where dozens of gorgeous women strutted the catwalk and one was crowned beauty queen - OF A PENITENTIARY That_s right, the Women_s Prison of Brasilia recently held its third annual Miss Penitentiary beauty pageant. And of the 100 contestants, Raira Passion won top honors. It_s not every day you see beauty contests being chaperoned by armed guards, but prison pageants are becoming increasingly popular across South America and as far off as Lithuania and Russia. Raya, they say that crime doesn_t pay, but I know ONE famous crook who might beg to differ Colton Harris-Moore, otherwise known as the Barefoot Bandit, drew worldwide notoriety after repeatedly duping authorities and stealing planes and boats around the world in his bare feet. He was eventually caught in the Bahamas and NOW, he_s signed a movie deal for the rights to his story. The deal, valued at 1 point 3 million dollars, came from 20th Century Fox. But ALL is not what it seems my friends. Colton is not allowed to profit from his crimes so all the money will be used to compensate his victims It_s even rumored that Zac Efron will play him in the movie. Like him or not Raya his story will probably make for a GREAT movie. Problems started happening after officials switched the water supply from the city of Detroit to the Flint river, without checking for pipe corrosion. The tainted water resulted in more than 100 illnesses and a dozen fatalities.
