California has rejected Volkswagen_s plans for a state-wide recall of vehicles affected by the emissions testing scandal. Officials said that Volkswagen_s proposal did not provide enough information on how the recall would be carried out or how the fix would affect future emissions testing. The US Environmental Protection Agency released its own statement saying that it backed California_s decision. Volkswagen said that they would continue to work with US officials to find a resolution. The Royal Bank of Scotland is in panic mode advising clients to sell everything ahead of what it predicts will be a cataclysmic year for financial markets The bank_s credit chief Andrew Roberts cited falling oil prices volatility in China and rising debt as a few of the major warning signs of impending doom. His warning even includes a comparison of current market trends to what it was like pre-2008 just before the collapse of Lehman Brothers. And he may have a point as far as the price of oil is concerned. Oil continues to plummet on the open market with cost of a barrel sinking below thirty dollars for the first time since 2003. Prices have fallen 72 percent in the last 19 months. Experts are warning that it could get worse before it gets better with oversupply reduced demand in China plus a strong US dollar all working together to create the perfect storm for further drops. The shop will sell Roseanne-branded marijuana strains and products. That_ll apparently include weed-infused chocolate-covered macadamia nuts cultivated from her own nut farm in Hawaii. It wound up in the wrong orbit and ground control crews have been unable to stop the unmanned vessel from spinning. They say it will drop out of orbit between May 5th and 7th. Fortunately the majority of the spacecraft will burn up when it re-enters Earth_s atmosphere and only a small amount of debris will actually hit the ground.Ford Motor Company has recalled nearly 600000 vehicles in North America due to power steering and stalling problems. Ford Fusion Lincoln MK-Z and Ford Edge SUVs built between 2013 and 2015 account for about 520000 of the recall. In those models the power-assist to the steering wheel can fail making them extremely difficult to drive. Meanwhile a nickel plating issue in the fuel pump of about 50000 Ford Focus Edge Escape and Fiesta models could cause them to stall while driving. Ford will will replace the faulty parts free of charge. And get ready to kiss that double chin goodbye The FDA has just approved Kybella an injectable drug designed specifically to remove neck fat. Kybella contains a compound acid that helps the body absorb fats. Like Botox the treatment can be administered by your physician in just a few minutes and aside from some initial swelling and soreness the side-effects are minimal.
